ITP TOEFL® is one of the language tests administered by the Education Testing Service (ETS). Balai Bahasa is an official test center in collaboration with the Indonesian International Education Foundation (IIEF) Jakarta for conducting the ITP TOEFL®. The test at Balai Bahasa is paper-based, with a certificate issued within 15-20 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays) after the test date. However, only participants who achieve the minimum score (Double-check with IIEF) will receive the certificate.

ITP TOEFL® merupakan salah satu tes resmi oleh ETS (Education Testing Service) dan Balai Bahasa menjadi lembaga resmi yang mengadakan ITP TOEFL® bekerja sama dengan IIF Jakarta. Sertifikat akan dirilis 15-20 hari kerja setelah ujian (tidak termasuk Sabtu, Minggu dan Hari Libur Nasional) dan peserta akan mendapatkan sertifikat dengan minimal skor tertentu berdasarkan ketentuan ETS.
